1) Inmates with the last name starting with A-L will have visitors on Saturday.
2) Inmates with the last name starting with M-Z will have visitors on Sunday.
3) Visitors will sign up by calling 252-636-6612 at 9am Saturday and Sunday.
4) The waiting area is the lobby to the magistrate; visitors are asked to leave in order to keep noise and congestion to a minimum!
5) No children under 13 are allowed to visit, or be on the premises during visiting hours.
6) We are sorry for any inconveniences these rules might cause you; however, failure to follow the rules will result in loss of visitation for the Inmate.
7) Please be considerate towards our Magistrates as far as noise. Remember this is a court and you could be charged with contempt. It could result in someone having to come visit you!
8) Property can be received on Saturday and Sunday only between the hours of 8:00am and 12:00pm.

2) No more than three soft-back covered books (No magazines / No pornography) - See notice below
3) Paper , stamps, and envelopes - must be mailed in
4) All under clothes have to be ordered off of canteen
NoticeBooks for inmates will be accepted on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 0800 and 1200 (8am-12pm). Books will be addressed to the Chaplain with the inmates name on the inside. Duty officer will place books in the box provided in the booking area by Chaplain. Chaplin Wagner will handle it from that point. Magazines and hard back books will not be accepted.
